2022 Benefits Information
If you enrolled in a new benefit option for 2022, you should have received your new insurance card. If you have not received a card, you can contact your provider for your new card or you can download one from the Benefit Service Provider link on Jetnet.
Beginning January 1, 2022, CVS Caremark will be managing your prescription benefits. Your current prescriptions that you are filing by mail will be transferred to CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy.
If you have refills left – sign in to caremark.com starting January 1, 2022, to enter your payment information and place your refill order for delivery.
If you don’t have refills left – starting January 1, 2022, visit caremark.com/mailservice and request a new prescription.
If you aren’t sure if you have prescriptions left – check your current prescription bottle to confirm.
Other Things to Know
Your preferences for automatic refills will not be transferred to CVS Caremark. You will need to sign in to caremark.com to start automatic refills. Be sure to enter your payment information – “Profile” – “My Billing Information.” Prescriptions for controlled drugs cannot be transferred. You will need to obtain a new prescription from your doctor.
Your new prescription ID kit should have arrived. The kit will include your ID card and information about your prescription benefit plan. You can call the CVS Customer Care team at 844-758-0767 with additional questions.
Certain medications are not covered under our benefit plan. If you receive a letter stating your medication is not covered, you may request a 90-day extension to work with your doctor to see if another medication will work for you or to get your current medication covered under the plan. You must call 844-758-0767 to request the extension. It will not automatically be extended.
Savon will no longer be providing a copay assistance program. The new company providing copay assistance will be PrudentRX. Any remaining refills will transfer, but action will be required to register for the copay assist benefit.
