2022 SFO Base Vice President Election Reminders
ATTENTION ALL SFO BASED FLIGHT ATTENDANTS:
Ballots were mailed, May 23, 2022, to all APFA members based at SFO as of the ballot count date, June 22, 2022, for the 2022 SFO Base Vice President Election. All ballots must be mailed back to the designated PO Box and received by 10:00 am CT, June 22, 2022.
On the ballot packet you received, it contains a unique QR code/website link to take you to the Candidate Information Booklet located on the APFA website under Base Election at www.apfa.org.
Ballot Count
The Ballots will be collected from the designated post office box on June 22, 2022, at 1000 CT. The ballot count will commence directly after at the address below. Once the National Ballot Committee certifies the election results, a hotline will be sent to the membership.

Eligibility
For your vote to count, you must be a member in good standing (no more than 60 days in dues arrears) by 5:00 pm (CT), June 17, 2022. If you have any questions about your dues status, please contact the APFA Dues Department at [email protected] or at 817-540-0108, ext. 3.
Duplicate Ballots
The last day to request a duplicate ballot with YesElections is June 15, 2022, at 1200 (CT). The NBC does not advise members to wait until this date as you may not have enough time to receive your ballot and mail it back. All ballots must be received by 10:00 am CT, June 22, 2022.
ALL duplicate ballots must be requested directly through the YesElections Support Desk at (866) 384-9978 or [email protected]. They have a dedicated hotline and an e-mail address to assist you Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET. When requesting a duplicate ballot, please verify your current address and if there is an update needed, please notify YesElections to provide APFA with your corrected address.
