PBS Preliminary Manning Plan – May 2025

The available headcount for May is 3507. This is an increase of 44 Year-Over-Year and up 36 heads from April. The line average will be 77.7 hours at PBS opening.

Reserve Projections

We are projected to have 623 Reserves for May, which represents 17.8% of the base. Our Reserve numbers are .04% higher Year-Over-Year, and flat compared to last month.

The reserve seniority date for April at the start of PBS was 03MAR22. For May the most senior reserve date will be seniority 31MAR22 with a system seniority number of 21772.

Good news. New hire training is still in full swing. Miami was open for Classes 25-06, 25-07, and 25-08 and they will all report during April. Class 25-05 began flying yesterday. Please welcome your new colleagues when you see them.

Flying Summary

EZE will operate one daily trip on the 787-8. GIG will operate on the 777-200 daily. GRU will operate two daily flights with a 16-hour layover on the 787-8, and a 35-hour layover on the 777-300. LHR will operate two daily flights on the 777-300. CDG will operate only on May 2nd and 3rd, then discontinue until later in the year. BCN will operate daily on the 787-8. MAD will operate on the 777-200.

For NIPD, a CUN turn will operate daily on the 777-200.

For domestic, a pure 787 ORD turn will operate daily. A CLT split turn operates daily on the 777/321, positions 1-4. There are two daily PHL turns on the 787/737, positions 1-4
