We have received feedback from some of you regarding phone calls or messages from management about patterns of absences, particularly around holiday periods. We want to remind you that you always have the right to Union representation in these situations.

Although the company may reach out to you, the Attendance Policy does not permit informal discussions about perceived attendance patterns without proper documentation or valid reasons. If you ever feel uncertain, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Your time off is protected, and your personal time is yours. We are here to support and guide you if any communication feels inappropriate or outside the proper channels.
