6.20.25 – APFA ORD Base Brief – Dues Survey Now Open

Happy Friday, Chicago!

As some of you may know, we have an important survey open for five more days, and we really want your input. This is the first time in many years APFA has had a survey and committed to posting the results publicly. If you feel the survey doesn’t fully capture your thoughts on the dues increase, there is a section to comment and share more thoughts.

APFA is made up of every single one of us. WE are APFA. We haven’t had a dues increase in 24 years, and this is a tough but necessary conversation after the ratification of the CBA last September. Once the results are in, Chicago will host a base-specific town hall to discuss the results, why a dues increase is on the table, and how we can prioritize what matters most to you.

Chicago is a Union town. We want to hear from as many of you as possible, so that the voice of Chicago can help guide APFA forward. If you would like to offer more feedback, please utilize the 2025 Dues Increase Form here.
