• Our AA email inboxes can feel overloaded with company-wide informational emails (Jetwire, Teams emails, Advantage Cash), and important messages can easily buried. In this short video, I walk through how to create email rules that automatically organize those informational emails into folders. This helps keep your inbox clear so important communications, especially messages from your managers are easy to see and don’t get missed. Watch it HERE!
• I am hosting a Reserve Life 101 class 01/25 at 11:00AM PST. This is your time to ask any questions about life on reserve. I will go over the reserve basics to set you up for success! Join HERE!
• With an influx of requested meeting from CPMs (Crew Performance Managers) and CAMs (Crew Attendance Managers) we always advise speaking with a union representative and having one present if a meeting is required. Remember, you are ALWAYS entitled to union representation when meeting with the company.

• REMINDER to acknowledge reserve assignments after ROTA runs and at the beginning of your RAP (except RAP A) Find out more HERE! Although not a contractual step, it is good practice to ensure you have received ECS confirmation after acknowledging. If you do not receive a confirmation pop-up you MUST call Crew Scheduling to confirm you assignment.
