If you experience a disruption that removes flying from your sequence due to a delay or cancellation, the company must first “fix” or “repair” the sequence. Until the sequence is repaired, your HI3 may show “Sequence Failed Continuity”.

Below is an example of a sequence that has failed continuity and needs to be repaired:

If you are in immediate need of a hotel room because of a disruption, the Hotel/Limo Department will not be able to assign a hotel until the sequence is repaired and no longer showing “Sequence Failed Continuity.”
