APFA Notification System Checklists Are Available to Download
Thursday, February 5, 2026
The APFA Notification System checklists have been updated and are now available on the APFA Safety and Security webpage for download to your device!
Additionally, an 8th selection has been added to the call tree for information regarding calling out fatigued due to an operational-related incident.
Call 817-357-8786 and select prompt #8 to receive the APFA Fatigue Risk Checklist with steps to follow for calling out fatigued.

Reminder! Please save 817-357-8786 to your contacts and utilize the APFA Notification System to provide you with important information when experiencing an incident. Notifying your Union by calling or texting 817-357-8786 holds the Company accountable, and APFA remains informed of your well-being and safety.
The APFA Notification System allows members to directly notify APFA Safety and Security representatives of any critical incident on the aircraft, at the airport, or while on layover. Notifying APFA Safety and Security through the APFA Notification System will initiate internal procedures within the union. APFA Safety and Security, Base Presidents, Base Vice Presidents, National Officers, and EAP representatives all work collaboratively to provide support.
This system does not replace company procedures- it is another resource to ensure you receive help.Â
