Review Your 2026 Benefits Elections

As we enter the second month of 2026, I want to encourage everyone to take a moment to carefully review your pay stubs and compare them with your 2026 benefits elections.

Go to: My.AA.com > Benefits Service Center > Health & Insurance > Your Current Coverage

Please confirm the following:

1. Your medical, dental, vision, and other benefit deductions match what you elected during Open Enrollment.
2. Any changes you made for 2026 are accurately reflected.
3. Premium amounts and coverage levels appear correct.

Identifying discrepancies early is crucial. If you notice any issues, addressing them now can help prevent delays in coverage, incorrect payroll deductions, or problems later in the year.
