LHR Catering Update

Dear DFW,

AA management has announced additional updates to the London Heathrow (LHR) catering operation. Beginning March 11, locally catered Business Class meals will resume on nearly all LHR departures, though some service adjustments will remain in place. Ice cream service has not yet returned but is expected to resume soon.

Premium Economy meals have also resumed on all LHR flights. The first service has returned to normal, while the second service remains temporarily modified.

We recognize that these ongoing adjustments continue to impact the cabin environment and service flow. Our members remain on the front lines managing these changes while also addressing passenger expectations, and we appreciate your continued professionalism and adaptability.
