Month in Review – Your MIA Base Reps at Work

MIA Bid Sheet Survey
This is a friendly reminder to complete the Miami Bid Sheet Survey. To complete the survey, please click the link or scan the QR code below. The process only takes a few moments, and your input makes a meaningful difference. We also encourage you to share the QR code with your fellow crew members to help maximize participation. Thank you for taking the time to contribute and for supporting this effort.

Professional Standards and EAP
Professional Standards and EAP calls now go through the hotline at 833-214-2002.
Please use Professional Standards for issues that can’t be resolved on the airplane. Keep it out of the office.
If you need to speak with Professional Standards mid-sequence to keep a situation from escalating, please call. If a dispute arises mid-sequence that cannot be resolved and a crew member removes themselves from the trip, Inflight becomes involved and an investigation ensues. This is what we always hope to avoid.
In Solidarity,
Nick, Alba, and Your APFA MIA Base Representatives
