APFA LGA will host a two-part virtual session on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The event will begin with a focused Me@Work Discussion, followed by a short break and then the LGA Base Town Hall Member Briefing & Open Forum.

Due to the importance of the Me@Work topic, these sessions will be held separately to allow for more meaningful discussion and member engagement.

We are receiving serious concerns from LGA members about how this system could be used.
Topics will include most common concerns we have received from members directly:

• Investigations based on INCOMPLETE or ONE-SIDED INFORMATION
• Customer complaints impacting performance records, regardless of outcome
• “non-punitive” claims contradicting the App functions – how performance is tracked
• Past “non-disciplinary” tools now tied to discipline (e.g., EGR/ LATE-TO-GATE)
