APFA LGA will host a two-part virtual session tomorrow, Thursday, May 7, 2026. The event will begin with a focused Me@Work Discussion, followed by a short break and then the LGA Base Town Hall Member Briefing & Open Forum.

Due to the importance of the Me@Work topic, these sessions will be held separately to allow for more meaningful discussion and member engagement.

Topics will include most common concerns we have received from members directly:

• Investigations based on INCOMPLETE or ONE-SIDED INFORMATION
• Customer complaints impacting performance records, regardless of outcome
• “non-punitive” claims contradicting the App functions – how performance is tracked
• Past “non-disciplinary” tools now tied to discipline (e.g., EGR/ LATE-TO-GATE)
