6.28.26 – APFA DFW Base Brief – July 2026 TTS Update

July 2026 TTS Update
Sunday, June 28, 2026
Dear DFW Flight Attendants,
Following extensive discussions, APFA and American Airlines have reached a Letter of Agreement (LOA) addressing the July 2026 DFW TTS processing issues.
From the outset, we worked to identify, document, and elevate the concerns brought forward by our members. In close coordination with APFA National, we helped ensure the impact on DFW members received the attention and urgency it deserved.
The LOA provides pay protection for eligible Flight Attendants impacted by the June 21 TTS processing error. All eligible members will not be required to submit a Direct Connect request. Pay-protected hours will be added to July schedules, and management will communicate directly with those who qualify.
If you were identified as an affected member, please review your CCI message carefully, as it contains important information regarding your eligibility and pay protection.
Flight Attendants who experienced a misaward but are not covered under the LOA will continue to be handled through the contractual misaward process outlined in the CBA.
We appreciate those who came forward and helped document the impact of these issues. Your reports were instrumental in bringing this matter to APFA’s attention and, ultimately, in helping achieve this resolution. We remain committed to advocating for our members and holding management accountable when operational failures affect our Flight Attendants.
Respectfully,
Robin & Luis
