ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR LOBBY DAY
Here is just released additional information if you are planning on attending the company wide lobby day in Washington D.C on June 22nd.
The sign up deadline for the charters in Jun 6. Please go to www.www.apfa.org to sign up as a participant. APFA has 75 slots open and slots will be awarded first come first serve with priority given to constituents in key legislative districts. AA is providing two chartered S-80 aircraft. Departure schedule on June 21, 2005

B: DFW 1000CDT – IAD 1400EDT
Return Schedule on June 22, 2005
A: IAD 2010EDT – ORD 2100CDT
B: IAD 2000EDT – DFW 2220CDT
Details will be available soon if you are interested in working as a volunteer crewmember on one of the above charters. Please go to www.www.apfa.org for volunteer information.
There will be limited business travel to and from D.C. for employees originating in cities who are unable to travel on charter flights. If you are selected as a participant, travel plans will be made by AA and travel information will come directly from AA.
Tentative schedule of events:
June 21
IAD arrivals and transportation to American University
· Legislative briefing and reception at American University
June 22
· 0700 buses depart for Capitol Hill
· Continental breakfast in Hearing Room
· 0800 Rally
o Kick off by Gerard Arpey and Union Leaders
o Address by Congressional members and delegations
· 0900 – 1500 Team meetings with legislators – box lunch provided
· 1600 buses depart for IAD return flights
