EFB iOS Update to 18.2 Due Monday, January 20

After updating your EFB to iOS 18.2, ensure to SYNC your Comply365, as this ensures when virtual reports are pulled from management that the update is reflected. If you do not complete the update by the due date, you will not be FAA compliant and can be issued a missed assignment, which is considered a Performance Item under the Attendance and Performance Program. iPhone EFB Compliance Video

4Q 2024 WBT Due Monday, January 20 @ 23:59 (CT)

If you do not complete the WBT by the due date, you will be issued a missed assignment, which is a Performance Item under the Attendance and Performance Program.

You will be paid for this WBT per CBA 29.E.3, the pay amount is $25.00. You should be paid the month after you complete the WBT. Jetnet > Resources > Career and training > Learning Hub

Uniform Dollars

Check your uniform dollars balance to ensure you received the correct amount of uniform allocations. Go to the uniform website (Lands’ End Login), click Uniform Store, and click “Allocation Balance” in the left corner to check for the 01/10/2025 issuance amount. You can find your Total Paid Hours for 2024 on the HISK (Path: Crew Portal > FOS Screens > Last Year SK/VC Accrual “TTL FT PAID HOURS”). If you received the incorrect amount of uniform dollar allocation for 2024, please email your Crew Manager and copy in APFA BOS Leadership (see APFA BOS email addresses below).

Banked Points should be visible in My View. Double-check that you received your incentive point for the December 22 – January 3 window. Also, check your Attendance & Performance Records. Holiday Pay for December 2024

Review your January 15 paychecks and separate Holiday Pay paychecks for December 2024 in the Pay Portal. If you see any discrepancies, please reach out to Payroll via a Direct Connect ticket (Crew Portal > Links > Direct Connect).

CBA Section 10.J. Rescheduling Reminder

For all reschedules under CBA 10.J, the reschedule should be offered to each crew member in seniority order, before assigning the reschedule in inverse seniority order. If this is not offered in seniority order first, you could be entitled to Crew Schedule Error Pay (CBA 10.T.3) Contact BOS APFA Leadership if you encounter this issue. CBA Copies Available in BOS Operations

Copies of the CBA are available now in BOS Ops. Per the CBA, the copy has supplied 15% of the base population in paper copies. You can only retrieve a paper copy in your base. The link is now available on the EFB in Comply or on APFA.org/contract.
