Spring is almost here, and with it will come more travelers and trips! Don’t forget to set your clocks forward next weekend, March 9th. Please welcome the newest graduates from class 25-01; they will be flying with us this week!
Boarding pay will begin as planned in April.

Important Dates
The Contractual Month for April is April 1 – May 1.
- Passover: Begins Saturday, April 12
- Easter: Sunday, April 20
Allocations
ODANs are down from previous months. We know these are popular, and we will monitor how these are flown in April.
Staffing
We are scheduled to see graduates from classes 25-01, 25-02, and 25-03. We hope there are more to come!
The RSV percentage for April in ORD is 17.4% vs the system average of 18.5%
Unpaid VLOA’s for April
Great news! There are 46 VLOAs for the month of April in ORD.
The bidding window will close Friday, March 7 at 1200 (CT). You may access the ballot in Comply365 > My Forms > AAFA > FA Voluntary Leave of Absence (VLOA). Flight Attendants awarded a VLOA will receive a CCI message. More VLOA Info Here
Trip Construction
- 1-day: 27% in April vs 24% in March
- 2-day: 23% in April was 29% in March
- 3-day: 47% in April was 43% in March
- 4-day: 3% in April was 4% in March
- ODAN starts per day: 12.3 in April was 19.3 in March
