APFAÂ Board of Directors to Meet With VP of Inflight
On Tuesday, May 20, the APFA Board of Directors (BOD), comprised of the ten Base Presidents, will travel to Dallas for a face-to-face meeting with Bobbi Wells, Vice President of Inflight, and her leadership team.
The APFA BOD called this meeting to address critical issues system-wide and within our crew bases. It is essential to have open, transparent dialogue regarding the challenges facing our Flight Attendants and those that may arise with the upcoming structural changes to inflight service.
Specifically, we will seek clarity on the changes set to take place in early June, including the implementation of the new centralized performance manager. We are committed to advocating for a structure that supports, not undermines, our Flight Attendants, and we will continue to hold leadership accountable for decisions that affect your work life and well-being.
