5.14.25 – APFA ORD Base Brief – Returning to Pre-Covid Onboard Service

Hey Chicago,
We have rightfully heard a lot of frustration about the company reinstating the second beverage service on domestic flights (1,500+ miles) and updating the service flow on IPD flights. This came out of the blue without warning or changes to our staffing.
The company cited fewer services to justify a staffing reduction at the staffing arbitration. Now they are bringing the services back without adjusting staffing.
It is essential that the company hears directly from you about how this impacts our workload and the ability to deliver the service our customers deserve. Reach out to the following people within the company with your feedback and encourage them to review our staffing. Do the right thing, our customers deserve it.
