The company decided to make changes to the schedule just days after bids were finalized. We were noticed today that AA Flight #2481 has been cancelled for 5JUL-5AUG. We have specific contract language that speaks to this situation.

Section 10.J. of the 2024 CBA covers a cancellation of this type. Read the language carefully bellow, to ensure you bid correctly for pay protection.

We will continue to monitor this situation. Several more countries in the Caribbean have been added to the potential “ban list” so, Miami could have more problems ahead.
