Dear DFW Flight Attendants,

September 11, 2001, will forever be part of us. We didn’t just lose airplanes or buildings that day—we lost our own. Crew Members. Friends. Family in the sky.

In the face of unthinkable fear, they protected, fought, and cared for others until their last breath. That is who we are.

Though grief and fear were heavy, we returned to the skies—not because we weren’t afraid, but because we refused to let fear win.

Today, we carry their courage, compassion, and unity with us on every flight. We are their legacy. We are their voice.

We are Flight Attendants. We are Protectors. We are Family.
