As we approach Thanksgiving Day, we want to acknowledge the important role you play in helping thousands of families reconnect and travel safely during one of the busiest times of the year. Holiday Coverage Reminder

Your LGA Base Council is fully operational on Friday, November 28 from 9 AM until 5 PM (ET).

On Thanksgiving Day, the Base President is on-call for urgent issues only after you’ve contacted management (the 24/7 responsible party for all operational matters).

Management has also sent out a CCI message with the times and locations where meals will be available at all bases systemwide throughout the holiday period. Please review the message so you know what resources are available to you during your trips.

To avoid delays when accessing crew rooms for meals, please pull up the door code ahead of time in your tablet for the station you will be at. You can find this information in:

• Snapshot your HI1, HI3 & hotel assignment before your trip and before any changes to serve as your proof for legality, pay and hotel issues that may arise, but most importantly, for any disputes you may need to file.

• Hotel, Transportation, or Layover issues? Contact the local MOD, listen to the prompts for any specific instructions. You may also reach out to your Senior Crew Manager at base.
