Incentive Day: Tuesday, January 27, 2026

Per section 3.K.2 of our contract, the company has designated Tuesday, January 27, 2026, as an Incentive Day.

What does this mean?

Any flying performed on January 27, 2026, including Reschedule(s) (Rescheduled flying performed on the Incentive Day for a sequence which did not originally touch the Incentive Day) shall pay an additional premium of one hundred percent (100%) over the Flight Attendant’s base hourly rate for hours flown (based on the greater of scheduled or actual hours flown) on the Incentive Day. 100% Incentive premium is paid above guarantee for reserves.

When does Incentive Pay apply?

If either the departure time of the flight (based on local station time) or the arrival time of the flight (based on local station time) touches or was scheduled to touch the actual Incentive Day, Incentive Day pay would apply for the entire flight segment flown.

It does not matter how the trip was obtained. Any flight legs you work that touch the Incentive Day of January 27, 2026, will receive the 100% premium for Incentive Pay.

What if the Incentive Day overlaps Red Flag Pay?

If an Incentive Day flight(s) overlap a Red Flag sequence, the Incentive Day pay for the flight(s) will be added to the Red Flag pay. For example, Red Flag is designated as fifty percent (50%) premium for the sequence. The Incentive Day pay will pay in addition to the Red Flag pay for hours flown on the Incentive Day.

Does Incentive Pay apply to premiums?

Incentive Day percentage increases do not apply to premiums (Lead, Galley, International, Speaker, etc).

Will Incentive Pay affect my TTS Max?

Incentive Pay is pay no credit, so it will not affect your TTS max.

What if I am on Reserve serving Airport Standby?

A Reserve who serves Airport Standby on an Incentive Day and is assigned flying that departs on a non-Incentive Day will be eligible for Incentive Day premium on the standby shift only.

A Reserve who serves Airport Standby on an Incentive Day and is assigned flying that departs on the incentive day will be eligible for the Incentive Day premium on the flight time only.

A Reserve who serves Airport Standby on an Incentive Day and does not fly will be eligible for the Incentive Day premium for the standby shift.

Calling in Well

Calling in well has been activated for all bases. You are not permitted to fly on the first day of your sick call, but you may fly on all subsequent days.
