This month, we will begin publishing two Base Briefs each month: an Allocations Brief that includes staffing and bidsheet information, and a Trending Topics Brief. The Allocations Brief will be published on the 3rd of each month, while the Trending Topics Brief will be released mid-month.

PBS Preliminary Manning Plan – March 2026

Reserve Projections

We are projected to have 629 Reserves for March, which is 18% of the base. Our Reserve numbers are 2.3% higher than February, and .4% lower than March 2025.

The reserve seniority date for February at the start of PBS was 29SEP22. For March the most senior reserve date will be seniority 12MAY22 with a system seniority number of 21317.

We are welcoming new hires again! We will have 48 new hires flying in March.

Professional Standards and EAP calls now go through the hotline at 833-214-2002.

Please use Professional Standards for issues that can’t be resolved on the airplane. Keep it out of the office.

If you need to speak with Professional Standards mid-sequence to keep a situation from escalating, please call. If a dispute arises mid-sequence that cannot be resolved and a crew member removes themselves from the trip, Inflight becomes involved and an investigation ensues. This is what we always hope to avoid.
