Wednesday, March 4, 2026
All,
With winter storm FERN now behind us, a huge thank you to each of you for stepping up and continuing to be the outstanding safety and service professionals you are during these IROPs. Your dedication and professionalism during challenging operations do not go unnoticed.
As we move into spring break travel and the upcoming summer storm season, please remember to pack a little extra patience. Irregular operations can often create legality concerns, so we encourage you to utilize APFA.org as a resource to help navigate legalities and IROPs.
If you need assistance, Miami Base Representatives are available and ready to help. You can reach them by text or call at 954-890-2732, or by email at [email protected]. Using these central contacts allows your question or concern to be directed to the first available representative, ensuring the fastest possible response.
Thank you again for everything you do every day.

Month in Review – Your MIA Base Reps at Work
Monthly Bidsheet Feedback Form
As part of our efforts to improve the bidsheet and better understand your preferences, we introduced a Monthly Bidsheet Feedback Form.
This form is designed to collect your input on the bidsheet each month—what’s working well, what could be improved, and any specific suggestions you may have. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us make requests to the Company about the future sequences for MIA. The form is short, easy to complete, and should take no more than a few minutes of your time.
Please keep sending in your forms. They provide valuable information to us.
Professional Standards and EAP
Professional Standards and EAP calls now go through the hotline at 833-214-2002.
Please use Professional Standards for issues that can’t be resolved on the airplane. Keep it out of the office.
If you need to speak with Professional Standards mid-sequence to keep a situation from escalating, please call. If a dispute arises mid-sequence that cannot be resolved and a crew member removes themselves from the trip, Inflight becomes involved and an investigation ensues. This is what we always hope to avoid.
In Solidarity,
Nick & Alba
