4.21.26 – APFA DFW Base Brief – Me@Work

Me@Work

DFW Flight Attendants,
We want to share a brief update regarding the rollout of Me@Work, a new feature within MyFlight designed to provide Flight Attendants with a personalized snapshot of operational and customer service metrics.
While the company has stated that this tool is intended for informational and developmental purposes only, it’s important to remain attentive to how it evolves and how it may impact our work environment over time.
This initiative is being introduced as a company-driven measure rather than a collaborative effort. Throughout the process, we have actively engaged by asking questions, seeking clarity, and ensuring your concerns were clearly communicated.
We also emphasized the importance of monitoring how programs like this develop. Past experience has shown that tools initially presented as non-punitive can shift in application, and we have made that perspective clear.
Our priority remains unchanged: protecting our members and ensuring that Me@Work is not used in a way that negatively impacts you.
We will continue to stay engaged and advocate on your behalf every step of the way.
Respectfully,
Robin & Luis
