Out of Base UBL Pickup Focus Group Interest Form

The APFA Contract Implementation Committee (CIC) is seeking Members in good standing interested in participating in a voluntary virtual focus group regarding Out of Base UBL flying implementation and related discussions.

These sessions are intended to help gather feedback and perspectives as discussions continue regarding Out of Base UBL flying. Multiple virtual sessions, each estimated to last 45 minutes, will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

If you are interested in participating, please complete the interest form below by 2359 CDT on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Depending on the number of forms received, not all interested participants will be scheduled. Members will be contacted on Monday, June 1, 2026, with additional details and session information for Tuesday’s virtual meetings.
