Dear Mr. Arpey:

If the plan goes through, you donate $20,000 to WINGS, the non-profit fund that aids flight attendants in need. That figure represents the approximate number of flight attendants at AA we believe. And, also donate to each labor group's equivalent of WINGS if any exist. Perhaps by your lead others will follow.    

While we don't know exactly who is slated to receive these payouts, we will be studying various reports that AA is required to issue for a list. The most common attribute we hear about those who are to receive them remains the same : simple greed.

Hopefully, this potentially divisive and terrifically negative action will be restructured to avoid an unpleasant working environment for ALL that make up AA.
