For the better part of two decades, our contracts have been gutted by bankruptcies and over-reaching restructuring. Presently, we are working under a Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement which was imposed in Arbitration. The Company is profitable and our industry stable. We rightfully approach Section 6 Negotiations in that spirit, with solid expectations.

This preliminary survey is designed to help the committee determine your priorities in the areas outlined therein. We will periodically seek your input throughout negotiations and will cover other major proposals involving compensation, scheduling and other sections in the coming months.

Your input and involvement are crucial to achieving a well-deserved and long-awaited contract where our voices finally matter.

Please click the link below to access the survey. We estimate this survey should take about 5 minutes to complete and the survey will close on December 15. Thank you for your participation.
