Flight Service Quarterly Web-Based Training
It is required for all active Flight Attendants to complete the following three FAA-required Web-Based Training (WBT) modules in Learning Hub:
- iPhone Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) – iPhone 12 Basic Use
- iPhone EFB – Components & General Policies
- iPhone EFB – Comply365 – Part 1 – Overview & IFM
- iPhone EFB – Comply365 – Part 2 – My Publications & Forms
- ConnectMe Teams
- Crew Duties: Prior to Takeoff
Flight Attendants will receive $25 Training Pay for the completion of the modules. (JCBA Section 29.E.3.)
If you have any questions regarding the assigned WBT, please contact the Training Support Desk at 1-800-VIP-CREW Option 6 and then 1.
The deadline to complete this training is Monday, March 21, at 2359 (CT).
iPhone EFB Ordering Portal
One business day after you complete all the above WBT modules, your completion will be sent to the Flight Service Technology team to grant you access to the iPhone EFB Ordering Portal. It is recommended that you allow up to three (3) business days from your course completion to receive access to the iPhone EFB Ordering Portal.
Shortly after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email in both your aa.com email, and a personal email, if you choose. This will include your order number for reference.
You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped 2-3 days prior to its scheduled arrival, along with a FedEx tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, you may also manage delivery with FedEx Delivery Manager®. You can redirect your deliveries to one of thousands of FedEx Office®, Walgreens, select Dollar General and grocery store locations. Your packages will be held for up to seven (7) days.
