Enroll in these Added Benefits only during Annual Enrollment:

• Critical Illness Insurance
• Hospital Indemnity Plan
• Legal Plan

If you do not participate in annual enrollment, most of your coverage from 2024 will carry over to 2025 with the following exceptions:

• If you elect the Core medical option and wish to contribute to an HSA in 2025, you’ll need to set a new HSA goal amount.
• If you’re considering a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health care or dependent care expenses, you must enroll and make a new contribution amount for 2025. On October 22, 2024, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released Revenue Procedure 2024-40. This announcement increases the salary reduction contribution limit for Health Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to $3,300 for plan years beginning in 2025, which is an increase of $100 from the limit for 2024. When carrying over funds from 2024 to 2025, the amount is based on the 2024 limit of $3,200, resulting in a maximum carryover amount of $640 (20% of $3,200).
