Contract Implementation Update #12

Following Date of Signing (October 1st, 2024) the Contract Implementation Committee (CIC) has been meeting every week with the company. When the Implementation Timeline Letter of Agreement was signed, six items were identified as having significant complexity that required further research and planning to establish targeted timelines for implementation. After meeting and discussing the programming requirements with the company, here are the targeted implementation dates:

APFA and the company may mutually agree to early implementation of these items should programming allow prior to the targeted dates.
