Today, the APFA National Ballot Committee (NBC) retrieved the Willingness-To-Serves (WTS) for the positions of Base President, Base Vice President and Base Council Representatives. The NBC would like to thank all individuals who submitted a WTS for this term!

Duly Elected Representatives

The NBC would like to congratulate the following individuals who are duly elected. A duly elected Base President or Vice President is an individual who is elected to their position by virtue of running unopposed.

Base Representative Elections

The following bases will have elections. Ballots will be mailed on February 12, 2025, and the ballot count will take place on March 14, 2025. Ballots must be received to the designated post office box no later than March 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM (CT). Additional information regarding balloting will be forthcoming.

The National Ballot Committee is offering a Candidate Forum on Monday, January 27th from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (CT) for individuals running opposed for an office. Candidates will receive an email to the address you provided on your WTS with instructions on how to join this forum. If you are unable to attend, this forum will be recorded and provided to you upon request.

Paper/Mail Balloting

Paper/Mail Ballots will be used in the 2025 Base Representative Elections, the ballot packages will be mailed out on February 12, 2025, from our vendor in the New York area via USPS First Class Mail for the bases that will be holding elections. Due to mail delivery speeds, please allow up to seven 7-10 business days to receive your ballot and return it as soon as possible to the designated P.O. Box with the pre-addressed return envelope. We strongly suggest if you do not receive your ballot within that timeframe to immediately request a Duplicate Ballot with the YesElections Help Desk, their contact information will be published when the balloting opens.

Update Your Address with APFA

It is extremely important to ensure we have your current address on file with APFA by January 28, 2025, 5:00 PM (CT) to ensure you receive your ballot in a timely manner. The NBC asks every member to ensure APFA has your correct mailing on file. Even though you may have updated your address with the Company, they do not share that information with APFA. This is especially important for members who moved or relocated recently.
