We are excited to announce that the Supplemental Benefits Open Enrollment Period for 2025, sponsored by APFA, is now open! This is your chance to review and make changes to your APFA-sponsored benefits plan for the upcoming year. Whether you want to update your current selections or explore new options, it’s essential to take action during this period.

New for 2025

• Benefit Counselors will be available onsite at DFW and PHL from Monday, February 24 through Friday, February 28. They will also be onsite at JFK on February 25 and 26. Please watch for further announcements regarding specific location details.
• Meet with a Benefit Counselor for a chance to win one of six prizes! Whether you meet with a Counselor in person or over the phone, you will be entered to win. No purchase is necessary!

How to Enroll

• Schedule an appointment with a Benefit Counselor by clicking here.
• You can also call 833-228-5034 Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM CST to speak with a Benefit Counselor who can review your benefits and answer any questions you may have.
• For Bank Draft and Credit Card payments, you can complete self-service enrollment by clicking here. Please note that if you are currently enrolled in Direct Deposit through Jetnet, or if you want to set up your new benefits with Direct Deposit, you will need to speak with a Benefit Counselor.

Remember, Open Enrollment is the only time you can make changes to your benefits without a qualifying life event, unless otherwise noted. It’s the perfect opportunity to review your coverage options and ensure you’re maximizing the benefits available to protect you and your family from unexpected expenses.
