2025 Base Representative Elections Duplicate Ballot Request Deadline is Tomorrow!

Ballot packages for the 2025 Base Representative Elections being held in CLT, DCA, DFW, LAX, LGA, MIA, PHL, and PHX were mailed out on February 12, 2025. If you have not received your ballot package, you can request a duplicate ballot package directly through the YesElections Help Desk by phone at: (855) 612-4697 or by e-mail at [email protected] or click below:

The last day to request a duplicate ballot package is tomorrow, Friday, March 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM (CT). The NBC does not advise members to wait till this date as you may not have enough time to receive your ballot and mail it back. All ballots must be received to the designated P.O. Box by Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM (CT). When requesting a duplicate ballot package with YesElections please verify your correct mailing address.

For your vote to count, you must be a member in good standing (no more than 60 days in dues arrears) by Monday, March 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM (CT). If you have any questions about your dues status, please contact the APFA Dues Department at [email protected] or at 817-540-0108, option 3.

The ballots will be collected from the designated Post Office Box on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM (CT).

Please note that the ballot counting will also take place on Friday, March 14, 2025, at the following location:

Members in good standing are welcome to attend. Once the National Ballot Committee has certified the election results, a hotline notification will be sent to the membership.
