Exciting announcement! Due to high demand, we’re extending the APFA Supplemental Benefits Open Enrollment to give you additional time to enroll in or review your options to ensure you have made the best decisions for you and your family.

Your New Deadline is Friday, March 14th

• You have extra time to enroll in the right coverage.
• An extended opportunity to be entered in the drawing – If you speak with a Benefit Counselor before March 14th, you will be entered into the drawing to win a valuable prize! The drawing will now be held on Monday, March 17th.

How to Enroll

• Schedule an appointment with a Benefit Counselor by clicking here.
• You can also call 833-228-5034 to speak with a Benefit Counselor who can review your benefits and answer any questions you may have.
• For Bank Draft and Credit Card payments, you can complete self-service enrollment by clicking here. Please note that if you are currently enrolled in Direct Deposit through Jetnet, or if you want to set up your new benefits with Direct Deposit, you will need to speak with a Benefit Counselor.

Remember, Open Enrollment is the only time you can make changes to your benefits without a qualifying life event, unless otherwise noted. It’s the perfect opportunity to review your coverage options and ensure you’re maximizing the benefits available to protect you and your family from unexpected expenses.
