A Message From Your APFA Board of Directors

On January 15th, the APFA Board of Directors advised you they had ordered an independent review of all Section 5.H related housing. That review, conducted by outside counsel George Buckley Jr, Esq., has been completed.

• Findings: All seven representatives reviewed (all four national officers and three department chairs) provided documentation confirming a permanent residence outside DFW, and they fully cooperated with the investigation.

• Next step: A special board meeting will be called for May 21st to adopt clear, enforceable updates to Section 5.H, including biannual documentation requirements to ensure consistency with compliance.

Protecting Members’ dues and maintaining compliance with our policies are non-negotiable. Policy manual changes will be published to the Membership after the meeting.
