7.02.25 – APFA Hotel & Transportation Department Update

As your APFA Hotel Department continues advocating for CBA-compliant accommodations and transportation, we want to share an important update:

More than 150 of the Company’s hotel and transportation contracts expire at the end of 2025, leading to increased layover market reviews and site inspections.

As the Company explores alternative CBA-compliant vendors, some of your favorite hotels may not be renewed. However, this also creates an opportunity to advocate for safer, improved, and more suitable options.

Data drives results. Submitting the Hotel & Transportation Feedback Form supports official documentation and helps escalate your feedback and concerns to Company management. While positive feedback protects hotels you value, reporting ongoing concerns strengthens our efforts to advocate for change.

Important reminders:

• APFA does not contract with or directly communicate with the Company’s hotel or transportation vendors.
• The APFA Hotel Department provides recommendations; the selection process is outlined in CBA Section 6.
• Hotel and transportation information is protected behind the APFA website firewall and requires your login credentials.
• To maintain safety and security, do not post hotel names or clues on social media. Even vague hints can create risk.
