The APFA Hotel webpage is your central hub for all hotel and transportation information. Updated weekly, it provides the latest on:

As noted in a previous hotline, more than 150 of the Company’s hotel and transportation contracts expire at the end of 2025. While some long-standing hotels may not be renewed and could be replaced by CBA-compliant properties, APFA continues to advocate for safe, comfortable, and clean CBA-compliant crew accommodations.

Important Reminder: CBA Section 6 outlines the criteria for hotel selection. Please note that the APFA serves as a recommending body and does not enter into contracts or communicate directly with hotels or transportation vendors following layover site inspections.
