Register to attend the 2026 Labor Notes Conference here!
Labor Notes was founded by labor organizers to amplify the voices of Union Activists and strengthen the labor movement. Through its website, books, media, and most importantly its conferences, Labor Notes provides hands-on training and shared space for working people to learn from one another and build collective power.
APFA has attended the Labor Notes Conference in the past, where we connected with Union Siblings across industries, shared experiences, and learned how others are organizing and winning. When Workers come together, we are stronger.

APFA, AFA-CWA, and TWU joined many other Unions at the 2022 and 2024 Labor Notes Conferences in Chicago, IL.
Through conference workshops, we gained practical tools to better organize, increase member engagement, and collectively confront management, including taking our voices directly to corporate headquarters. By putting those lessons into action, APFA was later invited to return as panel speakers in 2024 to share our experiences and victories.
That solidarity and determination helped us secure our industry-leading contract. But our work does not stop there. The fight for dignity, fairness, and respect on the job continues, and standing together has never been more important as corporate greed continues to challenge Working People everywhere.
Registration for the 2026 Labor Notes Conference is now open by clicking here. We encourage APFA members to attend and be part of this powerful movement. This conference offers the tools, confidence, and inspiration to help you be part of that change.
We hope to see you there!
