• It’s already been a YEAR since I was elected LAX Base Vice President. It has been an incredible journey so far and I am excited to continue serving this great base. • Last month, we were able to sit down with Hera Jahng – Manager, Inflight Performance and Service Quality and Steven Cowles – Sr. Manager – Inflight Performance and Service Quality and voice our concerns about fairness, transparency and consistency in the Performance Program. I feel we made meaningful progress in alignment that the main goal is and needs to always be supporting the Flight Attendants.
• In the beginning of March, LAX Base President John Nikides and I attended the APFA Convention. It was inspiring to see the National Officers, Base Leadership, Department Chairs and more join together in solidarity to discuss what is important to the flight attendants and continue to solidify our fight to protect and uplift us all. • On Reserve in April or May? Join our Reserve Bidding Refresher 3/29 and 4/27 at 10:00AM PST. Join HERE (March 29) and HERE (April 27)!

• Don’t delay! First Quarter WBTs have been loaded and are due April 10! I recommend taking a screenshot of each completed module to ensure proof of completion.
• The future of American Airlines is at stake. Flight Attendants will not accept wage and work-rule concessions to rescue failing top leadership. We have sacrificed before, and we will not be asked to do it again to cover for strategic missteps at the top. Watch a video message from your Base Presidents HERE!
• The APFA PAC gets our voice heard! he APFA PAC enables our Government Affairs Representatives to speak directly to members of Congress, not just their staff, about how APFA members are or could be impacted by decisions made on Capitol Hill. • ACAMS in elevator and stairs: Base President John Nikides reached out to Corporate Security. Per Corp Security: We no longer need to use the ACAMS pads unless we are accessing the second floor. Keep in mind that the pad must show green. ACAMS pads no longer necessary UNLESS: 1. You are going to the second floor. 2. The light on the ACAMS pad is RED.
• One of the biggest enhancements for Reserves has arrived. Beginning March 20, 2026, Reserves will be able to submit TTS ballots for April sequences on scheduled days off! Find out more HERE!
• Your voice matters! Please submit as many FA Reports as possible to document what works well and what improvements/changes you feel are needed. We need to ensure the company is receiving accurate information about what we are experiencing out on the line. FA Reports can be access on the FA Reports App on the EFB or at Crew Portal >Links >Reporting>FA Reports.
