Upcoming Changes to 401(k)
CBA 26.F.3
Beginning January 1st, 2025, the Company match and company contribution to Flight Attendant 401(k) are increasing.
The Company contribution is increasing from 3% to 5%. This is an automatic contribution that requires no change on your part to receive.
The Company match is increasing from 2.5% to 4%. In order to receive the full 4% match, you must contribute at least 4% to your 401(k). To make sure any contribution changes reflect on the first eligible paycheck, be sure to update your contributions on Fidelity by 1500 CT on January 3rd, 2025. The first paycheck eligible will be our January 15th, 2025 paycheck.
CBA Distribution
CBA 32.A
Starting on December 30th, 2024, the company began distribution of printed CBAs as required by CBA 32.A. Each crew base has been allotted 15% of their base headcount to be distributed to their base only. You will be able to get a single copy from your own base on a first come first served basis at your Crew Service Center.
