What I Am Working On

Crew Portal “How-To” Guide – I’ve created a simple, step-by-step resource to help flight attendants navigate the Crew Portal.
Reserve Refresher – Aimed at helping flight attendants use their seniority to their advantage and feel more confident and better prepared should they serve reserve.
Meetings with Upper Management – I’ve been in direct conversations with AA leadership to advocate for improvements in base support, and long-overdue investment in our operation at LAX.
Representing Flight Attendants – I’ve participated in multiple meetings focused on attendance, performance, and scheduling issues, ensuring that flight attendants have fair representation and that your voices are heard.
Union Outreach- I’ve reached out AFA CWA Council 12, proudly representing LAX and SAN United Flight Attendants and asked to be notified of upcoming “Days of Action” to be able to join and show support for our UA Siblings.

NEW BOARDING TIMES, MAY 1 2025! Boarding for all flights within the contiguous U.S., Alaska and Canada increases by five minutes.
As ECS rolls out, ONE messaging will be phased out. The optional ONE messages you’re used to will now be delivered through ECS. Find out more HERE .
“Not adequately positioned for RAPs” These are the words the Company uses to issue potential discipline to a flight attendant who they believe was not in position for their RAP. In many instances, the Company has bypassed lower steps of progressive discipline and subjected Flight Attendants who were not positioned for their RAP to immediate termination. Find out more HERE.
