- REMINDER to acknowledge reserve assignments after ROTA runs and at the beginning of your RAP (except RAP A) Find out more HERE! Although not a contractual step, it is good practice to ensure you have received ECS confirmation after acknowledging. If you do not receive a confirmation you MUST call Crew Scheduling to confirm you assignment.
