• I am hosting a Reserve Life 101 class on January 25 at 11:00 AM PST. This is your time to ask any questions about life on reserve. I will go over the reserve basics to set you up for success! Join HERE!
• We advocate daily and put pressure on the company to uphold its commitments to its flight attendants.
• We continue to call out practices that reward bad passenger behavior while reinforcing that flight attendant psychological safety matters just as much as physical safety.

• REMINDER to acknowledge reserve assignments after ROTA runs and at the beginning of your RAP (except RAP A) Find out more HERE! Although not a contractual step, it is good practice to ensure you have received ECS confirmation after acknowledging.  If you do not receive a confirmation you MUST call Crew Scheduling to confirm you assignment.
