The American Airlines Workers’ Compensation page has been updated to enhance navigation and access to essential resources, all in one location specifically for Flight Attendants.

• Post-Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) recode link is now available on the page.
• Direct email access to Inflight Administration is provided for recoding assistance.
• State-specific Workers’ Compensation information is available by location.
• State-specific forms are easy to find and download.

If you’re injured or become ill while on duty, it’s important to act quickly. It’s your responsibility to report the incident directly to Sedgwick and request medical treatment if needed.

Your call will be answered by a registered nurse who will listen, assess your condition, and guide you to the right care—whether that’s self-care or a referral to a physician.

When reporting, please provide all details about your injury to help ensure proper care and timely claim processing.
