APFA Health and IOD Text Support Line

Last year, the APFA Health and Injury on Duty (IOD) Departments introduced the Health and IOD Text Support Line. This valuable resource allows Flight Attendants to contact our departments directly for general inquiries.

The support line is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 AM to 5 PM (CT). You can text us at 817-382-1575. Please include your name, base, and employee number in your message, and one of our Health or IOD Representatives will get back to you.

On Tuesday, December 23, our system will undergo an upgrade. While our phone number will remain the same, we expect a smooth transition. However, if you encounter any issues while using the line on that day, please contact APFA directly at 817-540-0108. Be sure to follow the prompts to reach the appropriate department.
