• Last month, we met with Flight Attendant Staffing to make it clear: LAX needs growth, the return of our displaced Flight Attendants, and real movement on the transfer list. The conversation was productive and a step forward, but we’re not mistaking dialogue for results. We’ve had discussions before. What we need now is action. LAX continues to operate without the staffing levels this base once had, and that impact is felt daily. We will continue to press for real, measurable change and will not back off until we see movement on returning PORs and restoring growth to LAX.

• One of the best Reserve improvements in the CBA has been the implementation of 11.G. – Standby Reserve Duty Limitations. Learn more HERE!

• One of the biggest enhancements for Reserves has arrived. As of March 20, 2026, Reserves can now submit TTS ballots for sequences on scheduled days off! Find out more HERE!
