While offering leadership visibility and support on 9/11 in operations, I was able to meet with Keith McCarty Director, Operations DFW, LAX & PHX Inflight. We had a productive meeting in which I shared concerns over security protocols, the extreme, unfair and unsubstantiated  punitive behavior of management. Also, I again provided the case that bringing the PORs back to LAX is a win-win. We will always continue fighting for the betterment of the LAX base.
