6.10.26 – 2025-2026 CQ Module Length Presidential Grievance

2025-2026 CQ Module Length Presidential Grievance
Wednesday, June 10, 2026
APFA has continued to push the Company for a remedy regarding the CQ Module Presidential Grievance. As part of the contractual process, we conducted our pre-arbitration conference with the Company. Following the meeting, the Company responded that they had no settlement offer.
Our next step is to select an arbitrator to hear the case and find an agreeable date for the hearing.
The company will not produce Flight Attendant training transcripts for us to confirm our precise understanding of how many Flight Attendants exceeded the 8-hour contractual limit.
To ensure inclusion in the Union’s evidence and possible remedy, if you haven’t previously submitted your 2025-26 CQ Module training information, please use this form to submit your 2025-26 training transcript and screenshots, so that we have a full picture of your training time. Again, because the Company refuses to provide this information to us, we must rely on you to submit it to APFA as evidence at the arbitration hearing. Additionally, your submissions will inform who is included in any possible remedy.
