Contract Implementation Update #23:
New Domestic Boarding Times
Effective May 1
On May 1, 2025, the Company will exercise the option in CBA Section 11.M. to extend all domestic boarding times by five (5) minutes. This includes the contiguous forty-eight states, Canada, and Alaska.
New Domestic Boarding Times
To simplify this further, on domestic routes, our A319 and A320 aircraft will now have a boarding time of thirty-five (35) minutes. Our A321, 737, and all widebody aircraft on domestic routes will have a boarding time of forty (40) minutes. Please be onboard and ready to receive passengers at these new times.
With this adjustment, boarding pay will be based on the new scheduled boarding times. Boarding pay is always paid based on scheduled boarding time. Boarding pay will not increase if you board before these contractual boarding times, and it will not decrease if the aircraft departs before scheduled departure.
